Use

In this IMG activity, you schedule the program Transfer Work Items to Replacement (FOPC_REPLACEMENT_MASS_ACTIVATE). The program transfers work items from persons that are no longer working in MIC to the replacement persons entered in the system for these persons. Activities

For the program to be performed daily, you have to enter the following in the job wizard:

  1. Job name: FOPC_REPLACEMENT_DAILY
  2. Job class: C - Low priority
  3. Choose ABAP Program Step.
  4. ABAP program name: FOPC_REPLACEMENT_MASS_ACTIVATE
  5. Choose Date/Time.
  6. Enter the day on which the job should start and the time at which it should be run each day and set the Period indicator.
  7. Choose Daily.
