Note:

Once you define reasons for rejections, you must specify a reason when rejecting a change request.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP does not deliver reasons for rejections in the system.

Activities

For each change request type, if desired, create one or more reasons for rejections with alphanumeric keys and a description.

Example

You might create the reason for rejection 01 (overdue) for a given change request type.
