You should use this report after extending the data model if you have fields combining values and text elements.

This report deletes the text field buffer for the application, triggering the system to reload the text elements. If you have extended the MM data model you should use this report so that any fields that contain both values and text elements display correctly. If you do not do this the system will not load the text elements for your new fields and so will not display the extended fields correctly.
