In this IMG activity, you enter selection criteria for the export object categories, and enter the settings for export relevance.

Requirements

  • You have already entered the ALE settings.
  • You have already defined the following:
    • Logical target system
    • Port with the type file
    • Partner agreements

      The logical message types for all export object categories are defined in the initial parameters for partner agreements.

      You can find the list of message types in the SAP Library.

Activities

  1. If you set the Export Interface Is Active indicator, then if a relevant change is made to an SEM data pool object, the system flags the object for export, and you can start the export process.
  2. Enter the Partner of a logical system that has already been defined in the ALE.
  3. Save your entries.

    The system activates the export process when you save your entries.
