Use
Creation of Constant Prepayment Rates used by the Internal (standard) SAP Prepayment BADI Simuation.
Requirements
Loans applicable for Prepayment simulation must be created along with their associated Financial Objects and or Risk Objects in SEM Banking.
Standard settings
Besides mainting the customizing table TJBA_PREP_FACTOR via this IMG activity, you must ensure that the Standard Prepayment Simulation BADI (Internal Solution) is active. An IMG activity to activate this BADI is available for you to do this.
You must also ensure that the Prepayment Simulation flag for Standard Simulation is activated in either of two places:
SEM Banking Profitability Analysis (PA) - Within the Costing Rules associated with a loan's Financial Object, ensure that "Prepayments using BADI -SAP solution" is selected in the attribute labled "Prepayment".
SEM Banking Risk Management (RM) - Within either Evaluation Types or Valuation Rules associated with a Loan's Risk Object, ensure that the Prepayment attribute field is set to "Internal Prepayment Simulation". This attribute is found along with other attributes related to Loans" .
Activities
Aftering executing this IMG activity, you will see a maitenance screen which will alllow you enter values used by the Standard SAP Prepayment Simulation. If you are unsure how to fill in the values of this table, it is advised that you examine the programmed logic available within the Standard Prepayment BADI which uses the implementation name JBA_US_PREPAY_SAP. Whithin this BADI, please examine the logic from within the "Valuation" method.
