In this step, you define the sub-transactions for Contract Accounting for Public Sector.
The settings you make in this IMG activity largely match those in the Maintain Sub-Transactions IMG activity in FI-CA. However, when defining sub-transactions in Contract Accounting for Public Sector, you can use the following additional attributes:
Company code-independent attributes
- +/- sign for document line item
- Exclude sub-transaction from invoicing
- Type of statistical document item
- Indicator for down payment/down payment request
- Company code-dependent attributes
- Interest keys
- Payment block reason for automatic payment
Activities
Define the company code-independent settings for a sub-transaction first.
Select the entry and go to the view Change Company Code-Dependent Attributes by double clicking.
Define the company code-dependent settings and save your entries.
