Use

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) for electronic document delivery to modify the e-mail to be sent. You can change both the format and content of the e-mail and can add additional e-mail attachments.

The BAdI uses the following parameters in the method CHANGE_EMAILFORM:

  • Import Parameters
    IS_NAST (output record structure)
  • Change parameters
    C_EMAIL_DOCUMENT (Document object for e-mail)

The BAdI uses the following parameters in the method CHANGE_PROPERTIES:

Implement the BAdI and modify the content of the document object C_EMAIL_DOCUMENT to meet your requirements. For more information, see Implementation.

Example

You use this BAdI to send an additional e-mail attachment for general terms and conditions of busines (GTCs).
