2. Display authorization only: Fields are set to display only in all processing activities
3. Change authorization only: Fields are ready for input for the Create and Change activities. They are hidden for the Display activity.
4. Creation authorization only: Fields are only ready for input for the Create activity. They are hidden for the Change and
Display activities.
