Use

The following exits are used to customer-specifically enhance functions for processing visits in the Outpatient Clinic/Service Facility view type of the clinical work station. You can use these exits to implement your own checks or processing and react to the processing functions of visits.

  • The Register Patient exit (SAP enhancement SAPLN1PP) runs after the Register Patient function.
  • The Call Patient exit (SAP enhancement SAPMN1AU) is called before the Call Patient function is executed. The exit can prevent the execution of Call Patient.
  • The Call Patient exit (SAP enhancement SAPMN1PB) is called after the Call Patient function.
  • The Follow-Up Visit exit (SAP enhancement SAPLN1LI) runs when you execute the Plan Appointment for Follow-Up Visit function. However, it will only run if you
    • Use visit scheduling in the Plan Appointment for Follow-Up Visit function (see documentation on OU-related parameter N1TMDISP) and
    • Create a visit for the follow-up visit of a patient (see documentation on OU-related parameter WIDB_MODUS).

The exit is used to determine the case for which you create the visit.
Note: If you plan appointments for follow-up visits, this exit will not be executed. Appointments for follow-up visits are always created as caseless.

  • The Deregister Patient exit (SAP enhancement SAPMN1AB) is called before the patient is deregistered in the system. The exit can prevent the execution of Deregister Patient.
  • The Deregister Patient exit (SAP enhancement SAPMN1PC) runs after the Deregister Patient function.
