Example

  • Before they can be used the entries in the internal drug catalog must be activated by the user. If an entry is deactivated, a reason must be entered.
  • A reason can be entered when a drug is ordered (therapeutic, prophylactic, etc.).
  • If there is a difference in the time or quantity of ordered and actually administered drugs, a reason must be entered.
  • If a drug is ordered but not administered, a reason must be entered.
