Use

In this IMG activity you determine order types which enable the classification of orders e.g. an order type for chemotherapy orders. You can use the order types to implement customer-specific processes.

The Required indicator defines whether an order profile is required for this order type. If you set the Required indicator the system will check whether an order profile exists when creating an order.

Requirements

Standard settings

You can use the following order types as standard:

  • Standard: For all orders which should not be specially classified
  • Emergency: For orders which the system created in the background when an ad hoc event is created. You must store this order type in the system parameter N1MEOTYP.

A separate order type can be used for orders within the scope of chemotherapy.
