Use

When you cancel a step in the patient pathway, you must enter a reason. You can influence this behavior using the system parameters N2GCAREA and N2GPRREA.

Standard settings

When canceling a step, a reason must always be entered.

Activities

You enter the institution and set the system parameter N2GCAREA in the Medicine/Nursing category by entering the institution.

To deactivate reason entry for pathway-relevant steps, you must also set the system parameter N2GPRREA for the institution.
