Use
In this IMG activity you determine planning authority for external initiators.
The system derives the planning authority for external initiators from so-called proxy OUs. This is the simplest way to connect to the planning functions.
Such a standard proxy OU for all external initiators can be determined using system parameter N1CXPROX, Connectivity - Default Proxy OU for Business Partners.

Activities
Configure an organizational unit and grant it planning authority for all planning objects which you wish to make available for planning by external initiators.
Enter this organizational unit in system parameter N1CXPROX.
