The way in which Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) are developed and implemented depend on the SETA to which an employer belongs. Therefore, SAP does not deliver ready-to-use programs but rather SAPQuery infosets together with queries that can be used as templates. You can use these templates to create WSP reports according to the requirements outlined by your SETA.

Infosets

For the queries on the beneficiaries of your workplace skills plan you can use the infoset /SAPQUERY/HR_ZA_PA_WSP.

Depending on whether you use qualifications, unit standards or outcomes in your skills priority table, you can use these infosets for queries on information about the skills priorities:

/SAPQUERY/HR_ZA_PA_WSP_Q for qualifications

/SAPQUERY/HR_ZA_PA_WSP_U for unit standards

/SAPQUERY/HR_ZA_PA_WSP_O for outcomes.

If you need to change an infoset, copy it, change the copy, and use the copy in your queries (transaction SQ02 click here). Note: If you use unit standards or outcomes for skills priorities, you have to change infoset /SAPQUERY/HR_ZA_PA_WSP according to the documentations mentioned in SAPNet note 395887.

Local additional fields are included in the infosets. For more information on these fields refer to SAPNet note 395887.

Queries

The WSP queries have been created in the global area and assigned to user group /SAPQUERY/IZ. Tip: In your user profile, you can use parameter AQW to set a default area and parameter AQB to set a default user group for the SAP Query transaction SQ01.

You can use these queries as templates:

For reporting on planned data use the queries WSP_PREBO* if you use the prebooking feature. Otherwise, you can use the queries for actual data.

For reporting on actual data use the queries WSP_BOOK* and WSP_CANCEL*.

For reporting on information on the NQF attributes of skills priorities and skills priority training costs of the actual/past year, use the queries SKILLS_PRIO*. Query SKILLS_PRIO_D (for qualifications), SKILLS_PRIO_U (for unit standards) and SKILLS_PRIO_O (for outcomes) read the booked-relationship, query SKILLS_PRIO_A the attended-relationship.

To create your own queries, copy the skills priorities to your name range and change the copies (transaction SQ01 click here). It is also recommended to create a new user group in your name range and assign your queries to this group.

Additional Information

For more information on the Workplace Skills Plan queries refer to SAPNet note 395887.
