Use

To automaticallly collect and evaluate trainer costs, you have to make the following settings.

  • Activate the trainer costs valuation process
  • Use the fast entry parameter
  • Define the Trainer ID
  • Create Cost Categoriy Type: this criterium is essential because it impacts the valuation process. The available criteria are Trainer Compensation Costs and Trainer Other Costs
  • Define the costs and assign them to costs groups
  • Assign trainer costs items to the corresponding Cost catefory type
