Use

You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) in the Payroll for Austria (PY-AT) component. You can use this BAdI to change the status of a payslip once it has been created without errors. Depending on the action you require, you can use the following methods:

  • With the BAdI method CHANGE_LZ_STATUS, you specify that the payslip is not sent to ELDA.

    The following status changes are possible:

    • 012: (Notification as Paper Form): The payslip is only printed and not sent to ELDA. The payslip is still displayed when you choose the Display Payslips Created menu option.
    • 001 (Locked for Transfer): The payslip is neither printed nor sent to ELDA. The payslip is no longer displayed when you choose the Display Payslips Created menu option. In the BAdI method CHANGE_LZ_STATUS, you can access information from various infotypes and payslip tables to set the relevant status.

      If you do not implement the method, the payslip status remains 002 (Release for Transfer) by default.

  • With the BAdI method SET_LZ_CONFIRMED, you change the status of a payslip generated without errors directly to 011 (Electronic Notification Accepted).

    If you do not implement the method, the payslip status is set to 007 (Electronic File Created) by default.
