Use
In this IMG activity, you can delete the following from the Personnel Action Approval Process (PAAP) environment:
- Temporary Personnel Numbers and standard Personnel Numbers from PAAP copied Persons table (T7UNAAP_CO_PERNR)
- Changed employee data associated with the temporary Personnel Number from PAAP Cluster table (T7UNAAP_CLUST)
Note
All employee records open on an HR department officer's console will also be deleted with this utility. Therefore all master data changes that are to be saved, should be approved before this utility report is run. The password to be used is the same as the user ID of the user who runs the program.
