Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Personnel Administration (Russia) (PA-PA-RU) component.
You can use this BAdI to change the standard process by redetermining the way in which the system combines and evaluates data on working conditions for specific periods of time in the forms that you file with the Russian Pension Fund.
For example, an employee usually works in hazardous conditions and following a temporary reassignment, works in regular conditions for 30 days or less in a given year. According to Russian legislation, you record the entire working period as hazardous. The standard implementation regards a reassignment from hazardous working conditions to lower priority hazardous working conditions as a reassignment to normal working conditions.
However, if you want to report the reassignment in a different way, you use the BAdI to determine how you would like to report the reassignment to the Pension Fund.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
The BAdI is filter-dependent.

Example
The BAdI contains a sample implementation class, CL_IM_HRPADRU_RUPF. If you do not create your own implementation, the BAdI uses the sample implementation. If you create your own implementation, the BAdI ignores the sample implementation.
The standard implementation regards a reassignment from hazardous working conditions to lower priority hazardous working conditions as a reassignment to normal working conditions.
