  1. Check each form to determine whether the layout satisfies the requirements of your organization.
  2. Make a copy of the form before modifying it.
    1. On the Home screen, select the menu path Utilities -> Copy from client.
    2. The Copy forms between clients screen is displayed.
      In the Form Name field, enter the SAP standard form and enter the name of your own form in the Target Form field. The initial position of this name must be either a "Y" or "Z" to ensure that your form falls within the name range reserved for customer-specific modifications.
