Use

This IMG step enables you to determine which types of absence, defined as subtypes of infotype Absence (2001), should be used for notifications of sickness.

This makes it possible for the Print notification of sickness and recover forms (RPTZKMN2) to determine automatically which absences involve illness and maternity leave.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Enter the required group.
  2. Select New entry.
  3. Specify the required attendance or absence and restrict the record.
  4. Enter "Illness" in the PV Illness field if the absence is due to ziekte beschouwd moet worden. Vul het veld PW Ziekte met illness. Enter "Pregnancy" in the PV Illness field if the absence is due to maternity leave.
  5. Save your data.
