Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Public Sector Portugal (PY-PT-PS) component. You can use this BAdI to fill data and change the output of fields of the Magnetic File for CGA Deductions (RPCCGAPT0PBS) report.

The IF_HR_PT_PBS_CGAMF interface is composed by the following methods:

  • Process Sit. Code 59 (PROCESS_SIT_CODE_59): this method is out of maintenance. Situation code 59 is no longer used in CGA.
  • Change SS name (CHANGE_SS_NAME): this method allows you to change employee names for the report. In the standard system, employee names are read from the SIB name field in the Social Security (0332) infotype.
  • Process Sit. Code 61 (PROCESS_SIT_CODE_61): this method allows you to change the wage types to which you have assigned situation code 61 (evaluation class 15, specification 61). With the method, you can change the remuneration amount and the number of days related to the employee's sick leave.
