Example
You can manage different Sub Process scenarios in your Process Scenario in one workbench using PWE. However there may be some sequence or rules to be followed while navigating and processing each of the Sub Process Scenarios. For example - while doing Basic Pension Assessment, the sequence that may be needed is
- Carry out Master Data changes
- Calculate Length of Service
- Execute Payroll
- Generate Notification Reports, etc..
These kind of rules to be followed, can be specified by using a Business Rule.

- The Business Rule will be later linked to a Grouping of Sub Process Scenarios, thus defining the sequence of process to be carried out within the group.
