In this step the assignment of Sub Process Scenario to Grouping of Sub Process Scenarios is carried out.
The sequence number which you specify will determine the sequence in which the Sub Process Scenarios will be displayed in the screen as tabs, when you invoke PWE for your process.
Here we also define the Status Group relevant for the Sub Process Scenario. The Status Group has been defined earlier. This defines what are the valid Status values for the Sub Process Scenario.
Here we also specify the Process Task Group that we wish to assign to the Sub Process Scenario based on User parameter value.
The User Parameter Value is the value of the parameter name (specified in table T7PBSWB1C) in the user's profile settings. We can define different user parameter values for example for Master Data Clerk, Payroll Clerk, Supervisor, etc.
The assignment of different Grouping of Sub Process Scenarios based on User Parameter Value is done in table T7PBSWB4A: Assign Grouping of Sub Process Scenarios to User Group.
