Example

In this step we define a Grouping for Sub Process Scenarios. This is needed to present different views of the same process to different users based on their role and profile.

For example in case of Process Scenario: Basic Pension Assessment, a Clerk should be able to view and work upon only those Sub Process Scenarios which he is permitted to view. He should not be able to view/ modify certain Sub Process Scenarios which need Supervisory roles such as - Approval.

So the Grouping of Sub Process Scenarios for clerk could include the Sub Process Scenarios :

- Master Data Changes

- Calculate Length of Service

- Execute Payroll

- Generate Notification reports

and the Grouping of Sub Process Scenarios for his Supervisor could

include the Sub Process Scenarios:

- Check Changes carried out

- Approve Notification reports
