A Process Scenario/Sub Process Scenarios go through several status changes during the entire of your HR process. For instance taking the case of Sub Process Scenario - Generate Notification Reports, the status values it may have at different times could be :

- In Process
- Draft Copy
- Approved
- Printed, etc..

- These Status values would be later grouped in a Status Grouping.
