Use

This IMG activity enables you to design forms in Human Resources (such as the remuneration statement) using the HR Forms Workplace. Proceed as follows:

  1. You select data using the Forms Workplace. Within the Workplace, data from Human Resources is displayed as a directory (MetaNet).
  2. Within the Workplace, you determine the layout of the form using the Form Builder or SAP Smart Forms.

    The Form Builder is recommended in the SAP standard system for designing forms.

  3. You activate the HR form.
  4. You test the print program to ensure that all values are retrieved correctly for the form.
  5. You start printing the form using the Forms Workplace.

For information on the HR Forms Workplace, access the SAP Library and choose Human Resources -> HR Tools -> HR Forms Workplace.
