Use
You can use the following tools to create new forms in Human Resources:
- HR Forms Workplace (HRFORMS)
If you use the Forms Workplace, you design the form either with the Form Builder or SAP Smart Forms. This enables you to include your company logo in the form, for example. The standard system includes the remuneration statement as an example form.
- HR form editor (PE51)
Note
We recommend that you design new forms with the Form Builder. You must continue to edit forms that you designed with SAP Smart Forms, with SAP Smart Forms. You must edit Human Resources forms with the same tool with which they were originally created.
For information on the tools, access the SAP Library and choose Human Resources -> HR Tools. For information on the Form Builder, access the SAP Library under SAP NetWeaver -> Application Platform (SAP Web Application Server) -> Business Server -> PDF based forms.
Information about SAP Smart Forms can be found in the SAP Library under SAP NetWeaver -> Application Platform (SAP Web Application Server) -> Business Server -> SAP Smart Forms.
