Prepare the infotypes for CE Mexico usage.

CE Customizing; especially the customizing of the usage of the decoupled classes of the new infotype framework; tables :

View V_T582ITVCLAS shows the availability of decoupled classes for infotypes. Check for the requested infotypes whether they are decoupled (listed here and have a status of 'permitted' or 'permitted in certain circumstances').
View V_T582G maintains the infotypes which are to be shared and assigns them a grouping reason. Check whether are all required infotypes which are decoupled (see above) are listed and have the correct grouping reason. Grouping reason and their relationships to grouping rules are maintained using views V_T7CCE_GPASGM and V_T7CCE_GPASG (MOLGA specific).
View V_T582ITD maintains CE specific module pools / dialog modules and is MOLGA specific. For the decoupled infotypes with status 'permitted in certain circumstances' an entry pointing to a CE specific module pool is required. Within the module pool view V_T588M selects the country's screen number and field attributes.
For infotypes which do not use the decoupled framework (status 'Not permitted' in table T582ITVCLAS), the copying functions which is customized in V_T582A are available.

Delivered in most cases. May nee some adjustments (e.g. in table T582A). Such cases are described in the infotype specific texts.

Verify the Mexican specific settings gainst the requests.
