Use
In this work step, you translate texts entered in the Help Center of SAP applications into the required languages. The translation applies to all clients and relates to the following texts:
- Questions and answers from the Frequently-Asked Questions section
- Link texts from the Worth Knowing and Learning Content sections
Required Authorizations
Your user is assigned the role SAP_BC_WDHC_TRANSLATOR. This role authorizes you to use transaction SHC_TRANSLATION. You can call this transaction independently of the Help Center Implementation Guide.
Activities
- On the selection screen, select the source and target language for the text category that you want to translate.
- Optional: Restrict the search.
- Choose Find.
- Select an entry from the list and enter the target language version in the Details section.
- Save your changes.
