Use
In this Customizing activity, you define levels for the effectiveness of responses to risks, as well as the effectiveness of the enhancement plan for an opportunity. In this way you define how effective your responses and enhancement plans are. The entries are user-defined.
Note: the effectiveness level is applied for risk responses as well as for enhancement plans for opportunities. The instructions below apply to both.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
- Click on New Entries and enter a numeric value in the Effectiveness Level field.
- In the lower section, enter a percentage value for the response effectiveness at this level and a description for it. The higher the effectiveness level, the higher the percentage value should be that you define.
- Save your entry. When you click on the entry using the Display Details button, you can see the values maintained for each entry.
Note: In the user interface of the Risk Management response application, the user can select a response effectiveness entry and, corresponding to that selection, the quantitative value in percentage form is further used in analysis calculation.
