Use
In this Customizing activity, you maintain the dates at which the default start and finish of the "response completeness" take place, together with a percentage degree of completion for the response completion start and finish.
Note that for a risk, you enter data for a response, but for an opportunity, you are entering data for an enhancement plan.
When a response is entered in the Risk Management application, the start completeness specified in this Customizing activity is defaulted in the response screen of the application. When the response has been completely entered, the completeness of the response is taken from the corresponding Customizing entry.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
- Click on New Entries and specify the date for which you want to enter response completeness percentages.
- Enter a response start completeness percentage and a response finish completeness percentage for this date.
Note: The completion percentages must total 100%. - Select the Active radio button to specify whether this entry is the one to be used in the Risk Management application. Only one entry can be specified as active.
- Save your entry.
