Use

In this Customizing activity, you set up a link to the control results from the Process Control application, which can subsequently be used in the Risk Management application.

The control results are stored in SAP Records Management in the form of "cases". The following two criteria are used for classification:

• Completeness
• Effectiveness

Requirements

The following Customizing activities must be maintained:

• Maintain Response and Enhancement Plan Completeness
• Maintain Response and Enhancement Plan Effectiveness

Standard settings

Activities

1. Click on New Entries to create another entry.
2. Select a response field. Note that you can only select the response fields Completeness and Effectiveness.
3. Define the case type and case category (SAP Records Management) for the entry. For the Risk and Response entities, there are two default entries.
4. For each case type, you can select a classification category. The classification category is dependent on the case type and is used to categorize it. You can use this classification category in subsequent Risk Management evaluations.
5. Save your entry.
