Use

In this Customizing activity, you map the status of a workflow item to a response automation completion percentage. This enables you to specify the response completeness values for different workflow statuses.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard delivery system, this table is cross-client.

Activities

  1. Call the New Entries pushbutton and select a status from the dropdown options.
  2. For this status, specify the completeness percentage that is to be displayed in the application for it.
  3. Save your entry.
  4. Repeat the procedure for all the statuses that you need to define.
