Use

In this Customizing activity, you set up a link between the status of a GRC policy and the completeness of a response in Risk Management.

If a risk response is created based on a policy, then the response completeness can be updated based on the policy status.

Requirements

GRC policies from Process Control must exist.

Standard settings

In the default version, this Customizing activity is cross-client.

Activities

1. Select the New Entries pushbutton.
2. Select a policy management status ID from the search help. The Status column is filled automatically.
3. In the Percentage column, enter the percentage that corresponds to this status.
4. Save your entry.
