Use

In this Customizing activity, you assign the completeness and effectiveness response fields from Process Control, including the control rating, to a Risk Management response field. You do this by specifying the percentage value with which the absolute control rating results from Process Control are converted to a value in Risk Management.

Requirements

The Customizing activity Set Up Link from Control Results to RM must be completed.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Click on button New Entries to create a new entry. Note that you can only make one entry for the Effectiveness response and one entry for the Completeness response.
  2. In the field Rating, specify the rating according to the degree of adequacy or deficiency. Note the color coding: G = green, Y = yellow and R = red.
  3. In the field Percentage, enter the (user-defined) percentage rate to which the above rating corresponds.
  4. Save the entry.
