Use

In this customizing activity, you can edit the Risk Management terminologies. You can edit the terminologies entry by entry on the ABAP interface, or you can download the terminology list, edit them offline and upload them to the system.

Standard settings

Activities

To edit a terminology on the ABAP interface:

  1. Choose an entry. You can filter the terminologies by Group ID and Variant.
  2. In the Customized column, enter the new term name.
  3. Save and exit.

To edit terminologies offline:

  1. Choose Download, save the Excel file to your local drive.
  2. Open the saved file and edit the terminologies.
  3. Choose Upload, select the revised Excel file and upload it to the system.
  4. Save and exit.

After you have edited a term, go to the corresponding screen and check if the changed term is displayed. You can also choose Transport to transport the changed terms to another system.
