Use

In this Customizing activity, you can set the attributes for selecting the losses to be included in the ORX export. You can set the following attributes:

  • Currency: a three-character currency code for the loss amount specified in the Lower limit and Large loss fields; press F4 to search for currencies.
  • Lower limit: if the gross amount is less than the specified lower limit, the losses are not included in the ORX export.
  • Large loss: if the gross amount is larger than the specified amount, the losses are treated as large losses. The following attributes are mandatory for arge loss events:
    • ORX - Alleged Cause
    • ORX - Control
    • ORX - Jurisdiction / Choices of Law
    • ORX - Counterparties / Claimant Types
    • ORX- Roles of the Firm
    • ORX - Environmental Volatilities
      • You can maintain all above attributes except ORX - Control in Customizing activity Maintain Large Loss Event Attributes.
  • Select deleted: if this option is selected, losses with deletion flag set are also included in the ORX export.
