Use

In this Customizing activity, you can maintain data fields for Operational Risk Management according to the 2011 ORX standards. You can maintain the code, description and parent-child relationship of data fields for the following categories:

  • Business Lines
  • Event Types
  • Products
  • Processes

For example, if you want to maintain parent business line A and its two child business lines B and C, you can enter the following information in the ORX - Business Lines dialog:

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP delivers a list of pre-configured fields for each category in accordance with the 2011 ORX standards.

Activities

To maintain the data fields:

  1. Go to the relevant data field category by double clicking the dialog structure node.
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Enter the data field code, parent code, and description in the respective fields.
  4. Save your entry.
