Use

In this Customizing activity, you can specify the colors and corresponding score intervals used in the RCSA and KRI aggregation reports.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

To find an aggregation color or score entry:

  1. Choose the Position pushbutton. A dialog appears allowing you to specify the color ID.
  2. In the Color ID field, type or select the corresponding identifier, and choose the Enter pushbutton. The aggregation color entry appears as the first entry in the table.

To define a new aggregation color or score:

  1. Choose the New Entries pushbutton. The New Entries screen appears.
  2. In the Color ID. column, type a color identifier.
  3. In the Color Code column, type or select the color code value.
  4. In the Color Score column, type the color score value.
  5. In the Score Interval From column, type the lower boundary value of the score interval.
  6. In the Is N/D Val column, select the check box to specify that the interval is not defined.
  7. In the Description column, type a description for the entry.
  8. Choose the Save pushbutton.

To delete aggregation color or score entries:

  1. Select one or more aggregation color or score entries in the table.
  2. Choose the Delete pushbutton. The selected aggregation color or score entries are deleted.
  3. Choose the Save pushbutton.

Example

Configuring the color red to represent scores from 0 to 20 results in scores within this range highlighted in red in RCSA and KRI aggregation reports.
