Use

In this Customizing activity, you can include new non-HR fields in Process Control and Risk Management reports.

Standard settings

Activities

To include non-HR fields in online reporting:

  1. Select the required report.
  2. To maintain the displayed columns for the report, in the left hand navigation pane, double-click Columns.
  3. Import the SAP delivered columns or add new columns as required.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Start transaction SE11.
  6. Enter the data type, for example,GRFN_S_CY_F3.
  7. Choose Display and then check that the customer include used in the previous step is also available here.
  8. Start the BusinessObjects Crystal Reports Designer and update the structure of the report as required.
