Use

In this Customizing activity, you can include new HR (Master Data Objects) fields in Process Control and Risk Management reports.

Standard settings

Activities

To include HR fields in online reporting:

  1. Select the applicable report and navigate to the Columns section. For the example, use the F6 report.
  2. Import the SAP-delivered columns.
  3. Add new columns for your newly created fields.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Start transaction SE11.
  6. Enter the data type. For the example, use GRFN_S_CN_ATTR.
  7. Choose Display.
  8. Double-click the included structure CI_GRPC_CONTROL (for example, component as .INCLUDE and component type as CI_GRPC_CONTROL).
  9. Confirm that your want to create a new structure and include your infotype structure.
  10. Maintain the enhancement category as Cannot be enhanced.
  11. Save, check, and then activate the entry.
  12. Start the Crystal Reports Designer and update the structure of the report as required.
