Use

In this Customizing activity, you can enter your own system types in addition to the delivered ones. You use the system types when creating a rule, creating a rule criterion, and defining a rule script. The available system types display.

Note: Process Control is delivered with the following system types and recognizes only these system types.

• BFC – Financial Consolidation
• CC – Compliance Calibrator capability of Access Control
• LOCAL – Local System
• MAPPQRY – Multiple Applications Query
• ORACLE – Oracle
• PSFT – PeopleSoft
• SAP – SAP System

Activities

To enter additional system types, carry out the following steps:

1. Open the Maintain System Type activity. The Change View System Type screen displays.
2. Click New Entries.
3. Enter an abbreviation of the system type in the System Type column.
4. Enter the name of the system in the System Type Description.
5. Click the Save icon.
