Use
In this activity, you define the number range for the case. When a case is created or saved, the system automatically issues a number. You use the number range interval to specify from which number range the number originates.

Standard settings
Activities
All case types in Process Control use the number range interval that you specify under number 01. You must therefore specify an interval beneath this number in every case.
