Select the Including the Fields in Online Reporting activity (transaction SE11).
In the Data Type field, enter the name of the data type. For example, enter GRPT_BSP_UI_REPORT_DATA.
Select Change.
Locate the name of the structure. For example, enter CI_GRPC_CONTROL. Double-click on the structure name.
The Dictionary: Maintain Structure screen appears. Confirm that you want to create a new structure and include your infotype structure on this screen.
In the Enhancement category, verify the Cannot Be Enhanced option is selected.
Select Save.
Select the Check icon.
Select the Activate icon.
Note: The new fields from the infotype that you have selected (for example, HRI9101) are now available for online reporting.
You need to enhance the field groups of the online reporting. Decide on which reports are going to contain the new control fields. For example, use the report M3 - Control Rating Report.
Enter the transaction, CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C and navigate to Field Group Structure.
Specify the field group GRPC_REPORT_DATA_M3.
Select the Change icon.
Import the SAP standards.
Note: Include the new fields into the field group for the desired position. The fields which contain values can be included as text fields. However, fields with text from domain values (such as ZCOSO_REL) must be included in a dropdown list and flagged as read-only and domain values.
Select Save. Exit the transaction and then return to the transaction. Regenerate the layout of the field group using the Layout Generation node. For example, regenerate GRPC_REPORT_DATA_M3.
Note: The online report, Control Effectiveness Testing contains the customer-specific fields.
Repeat the steps above to modify other online reports.
