Use
In this Customizing activity, you can release and test the web services. The web services must be released for SOAP runtime before you can use the web services.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Select the Release/Test Web Service activity. The SOA Management screen appears.
Select the Application and Scenario Communication tab.
Select Single Service Administration.
Search by Service for GRPC_EVENT_RECEIVE service.
Select the GRPC_EVENT_RECEIVE service from the search results. Click Apply Selection to display the service details.
Select the Configuration tab from the service details.
Select the GRPC_EVENT_RECEIVE service. Click Create Service to show the web service configuration screen for GRPC_EVENT_RECEIVE service.
Select the following for the Provider Security tab:
Under Properties for Transport Guarantee, for Secure Communications, select None.
Accept the defaults for the rest of the fields in the Properties for Transport Guarantee Type.
Under the Authentication Settings, Transport Channel Authentication, select only the option User ID/Password. Leave all the remaining settings unselected.
Under Collected Authentication Methods, Authentication Method, select sapsp:HTTPBasic.
Click the Save button.
Note: The web service can be tested if the J2EE server is maintained. Refer to the J2EE server configuration to maintain and test the service.
