Use

In this Customizing activity, you activate the admin or the default queries using the transaction POWL_QUERY, for a user group or for a complete application. You can also organize the sequence of queries and assign categories (created in transaction POWL_CAT).

Activities

You can associate the application type GRFN_INBOX with PFCG roles and with the created queries. In addition to this, you can sort the queries into the categories and maintain the order of the categories, the queries, and the tabs within POWL.

To assign query roles:

  1. Choose New Entries. The New Entries: Details of Added Entries screen appears.
    In the Application field, enter GRFN_INBOX.
  2. In the Role field, enter a role, for example, SAP_GRC_FN_BUSINESS_USER.
  3. In the Query ID field, enter the name of the query you created.
  4. In the View: Query-Role assignment pane, enter a category type in the Category field, for example, GRFN_INBOX.
  5. In the Description field, enter a description for your query-role assignment.
  6. Select the Activate checkbox.
    You can leave the following fields blank if you choose not to select a sequence:
    • Category sequence no.
    • Query sequence no.
    • Tab sequence no. fields
  7. Choose Display<->Change, and then save the changes.
