In this Customizing activity, you set up the background job to deliver PDF forms through e-mail when there are new tasks pending.

Standard settings

Activities

When you execute this activity, you access the Job Wizard.

1. On the Create a Job screen, click Continue.
2. On the General Job Information screen, input the parameters:
• Job Name: Enter exactly as specified: GRFN_OWP_JOB_SENDER
• Job Class: Specify a job priority: High, Middle (recommended), Low
3. Click Continue.
4. On the Defining a Job Step screen, select ABAP program step. Click Continue.
5. On the Define an ABAP Program Job Step screen, input the parameter exactly as specified:
• ABAP program name: GRFN_OWP_SENDER
• Variant: Enter predefined variant. Use F4 help to find predefined variants. This variant is for sub-job maximum number. The default value is 5.
6. Click Continue.
7. On the Multi-step Jobs screen, click Continue.
8. On the Job start condition screen, select Date/time. Click Continue.
9. On the Define a job's start date and start time screen, select the Scheduled start . Set Periodic jobs. Click Continue.
10. On the Job Periodicity screen, select Hourly. Click Continue.
11. On the Set Job screen, verify the information. click Complete to finalize the process and actually create the job in the system. Click Back to make any changes.
