Use

In this Customizing activity, you can configure the recipient address to receive submitted task items.

Requirements

The activity Handle E-mail Configuration must be completed.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Insert a new row.
  2. Enter the Communication Type: Internet Mail.
  3. Enter an e-mail address in the Recipient Address column.
    Note: The left side of the @ symbol is for a username that exists in your system and can act as sender of task. The right side of the @ symbol is for the domain which is defined in the Customizing activity Handle E-mail Configuration (transaction SCOT: domain field).
  4. Enter the Document Class: *.
    Note: The wildcard (*) allows all documents to be sent to the recipient. If you want to limit it to certain types of documents, that can be entered here.
  5. Enter the Exit Name: CL_GRFN_OWP_DELIVER.
  6. Enter the Call Sequence.
  7. Save the changes.
