Use

In this Customizing activity, you can add new partners or make modifications to existing ones. A Partner ID identifies the Partner system which is source of the events. The Partner ID helps to distinguish events of the same Event Type coming from different sources.

The Partner ID is used with the Event Type to define the Event Version, which is used to define the event metadata.

Activities

1. Select the Maintain Partner activity. The Change View Maintain Partner screen appears.
2. Select New Entries to create the new partner.
3. Enter the Partner ID and its description in the Partner Text.
4. Click Save. If you need to make modifications, select an existing entry and select the Change icon.
