Use this activity to specify the assessment of entity-level controls which rating(s) require an issue to be reported.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. In the Indicator column, select MC_AS_RATING for assessing entity-level controls.
  2. In the Report issue column, specify for each indicator which rating requires an issue to be reported.

You can choose:

  • Not to require an issue
  • Only require an issue for a significantly deficient rating
  • Require an issue for both deficient and significantly deficient ratings.

Example

Many companies choose the most conservative choice. That is, require an issue for any deficiency.
